Lessons from WCF’s First Female Executive
At an early age, Peggy Larsen experienced significant life challenges of addiction, domestic abuse and cancer. As she developed her career, Peggy turned her personal experiences into professional application that helped her lead and become WCF Insurance’s first female executive. She recently published a memoir, which chronicles her experiences and aims to help struggling mothers and young women in need through Amberco Services, a foundation she established in honor of her late daughter, Amber. Join us in hearing Peggy’s story and learn how personal and professional experiences can profoundly impact each other.
In this session you will learn about:
· Overcoming and integrating personal challenges to increase your professional impact
· Navigating new territory in an organization
· Bolstering women in the workplace
